Appointment Information

We are excited to announce that our books will open for virtual appointments starting

May 19, 2025, and for in-person appointments beginning June 2, 2025.

Our physical location will be at:

1195 Old Hickory Blvd, Suite 101, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Please note that while we are currently awaiting insurance credentialing, all GYN services will be offered on a cash pay basis. However, we will provide patients with a super bill to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.

Our cash pay pricing is $250 for new patients and $150 for all existing patients who have seen one our providers within the past 3 years (excluding annuals which will be $250)
