Kelsey Huck, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Kelsey Huck is a certified physician assistant who brings five years of clinical provider experience to the practice. Her love for women’s health began in PA school during her OB/GYN rotation and was further solidified after working closely with Dr. Siarezi. Kelsey always aims to make her female patients feel comfortable and heard. Her goal is to aid in improving women’s health by providing compassionate care to women who have medical issues that are so commonly dismissed, such as PCOS, PMDD and endometriosis. Her experience as a primary care provider helps her provide a well-rounded level of care to her patients.
Kelsey received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and then attended Wayne State University in Detroit for her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She worked in surgery at Vanderbilt for two years, which enhanced her procedural skills. But she would always tell her resident surgeons: “I miss doing pap smears”; which they laughed at. But what she really missed was the fulfillment that came with providing empathetic care to an anxious female patient. Even if that is just making a pap smear, which is so often considered a miserable experience, as comfortable as possible. She soon transitioned back to primary care and women’s health. She loves teaching and spending extra time on patient education. She is always listening to podcasts and reading up on the newest trends and advancements in women’s healthcare.
In her free time, Kelsey loves to stay active by doing pilates and going on long walks. You’ll often see her squatting and pacing in the office to get her steps in. She loves cooking, baking, concert-going, making cocktails and spending time with her cute fiance. She fosters cats and has two of her own - Bugs and Fury. She also has a dog named Bandit.
