Dr. Sherry Siarezi is the visionary founder and chief medical officer of FeMD Gynecology, where she leads with a commitment to advancing women's healthcare. A board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Siarezi began her journey in medicine after graduating cum laude from SUNY Stony Brook University with a degree in biochemistry. She continued her education at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York, earning her medical degree before completing her Ob/Gyn residency at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern in Austin. To further enhance her expertise, she achieved practice-focused certification in Pediatric Adolescent Gynecology.
With a wealth of experience in both private practice and academia, Dr. Siarezi has served as a teaching attending at the University of Texas, the University of Hawaii, and currently the University of Tennessee where she has shared her knowledge and passion for women's health with future healthcare professionals. Her clinical interests encompass a comprehensive range of obstetric and gynecological services, including minimally invasive surgery, contraceptive counseling, and adolescent gynecology and well care.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Siarezi values quality time with her family and enjoys exploring her creative side through cooking and painting. Her dedication to education, patient care, and the advancement of women's health has established her as a respected leader in her field, making a positive impact on the lives of countless women.
Charlene Bunger, WHNP
Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner
With a passion for empowering women through all stages of life, Charlene is a Board-Certified Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care. With 20+ years of experience in gynecology, obstetrics, and preventative health, Charlene works closely with women to manage their health needs, from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
Graduating with honors from University of Phoenix, Charlene holds a master's in nursing and is Board-Certified by the National Certification Corporation (NCC) as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Shr is committed to fostering open communication with patients, ensuring they feel heard and respected throughout their care.
In addition to expertise in family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, weight loss and hormone management, Charlene is passionate about promoting wellness and preventive care. Charlene is also dedicated to addressing mental health and reproductive health issues, offering a holistic approach to women's well-being. She is also open to her patients having input in their healthcare.
Outside of clinical practice, Charlene enjoys shopping, working in her yard and spending time with her family and believes in the importance of a balanced life for both healthcare providers and patients.
Skylar Mathis, LMA
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Skylar Mathis is a licensed aesthetician who brings over four years of experience in medical aesthetics to FeMD Gynecology. Committed to providing exceptional care, he enhances the aesthetic experience for patients through a comprehensive range of treatments. These include Hydrafacials, SkinPen Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Brow & Lash services. His expertise plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of quality and patient satisfaction that FeMD Gynecology strives to achieve.
Skylar's journey into aesthetics began with his own struggles with severe acne, which ignited his passion for skincare and motivated him to find effective solutions that worked for him. This personal experience fuels his dedication to helping others achieve their aesthetic goals through tailored skincare advice and treatments. He loves the opportunity to continue his education in this ever-evolving field, constantly seeking out new knowledge and techniques to enhance his skills.

Ashley is a results-driven Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. Some of her strengths are strategic business planning, operations optimization, specializing in improving business processes, and enhancing patient care experiences. Ashley excels at identifying opportunities for efficiency and revenue generation in fast-paced healthcare environments.
With a strong background in healthcare administration, financial management, and project coordination, Ashley has successfully led initiatives that align medical teams with business objectives, ensuring both clinical excellence and operational success. Sheworks closely with physicians, staff, and stakeholders to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and ensure patients are getting the best care they deserve.
Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is passionate about patient care and using innovative strategies to maximize growth within her practice.
She was born and raised in Middle Tennessean and enjoys reading, traveling, and being outside. She takes great joy in her 2 biggest accomplishments, her 2 wonderful daughters.
